When you use the grievance form, we collect your name, your mobile number, your email if you give one, the details of the journey, and the description of the complaint.
It is collected for a single purpose: to resolve your complaint and to tell you what happened to it. It is not used for anything else, not sold, and not passed to advertising.
That information is deleted automatically after a set period. This is not only a promise: each record carries the date it must be removed, and the system deletes it once that date passes.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to know what is held about you and to have it corrected if it is wrong. To exercise that, write to occ.ksrtc@kerala.gov.in; quoting the tracking number of your complaint makes the record quicker to find.

This site will never ask for your card details, your UPI PIN or your bank details. Payment happens on the reservation portal. A page that asks for them is not the Corporation's.
